How setup will work
The documentation will follow this order. Exact steps and screenshots are published with the release build.
Prepare
Check the prerequisites and take a backup, or use a sandbox, before connecting anything.
Connect
Install the plugin and connect your WooCommerce store to your Odoo database.
Run a first safe sync
Start small, check the result in both systems, then widen the scope.
Compatibility
Supported WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP and Odoo versions, Odoo editions and hosting types will be listed on the compatibility page.
Reliability and your data
How the integration retries, logs and recovers, and what data it stores, will be explained in the troubleshooting guide as implemented. We will not publish security or reliability guarantees we cannot evidence.
Purchase and support
The integration is purchased from the WooCommerce Marketplace only. Billing, refunds and subscriptions are handled by the marketplace. Product help is covered on the support page, and release notes will appear in the changelog.

Where will I buy it?
From the WooCommerce Marketplace only, once it is released. Quill Media does not sell the integration directly and there is no direct checkout on this site.
Is it available now?
Not yet. Its current status is “Coming soon”. This page changes when that does.
Which Odoo versions and editions will it support?
Not confirmed yet. The supported versions, editions and hosting types will be listed on the compatibility page before release.
Which way does data move, and can I import existing data?
Not confirmed yet. Directions of sync, initial import and scheduling will be documented in the configuration and getting-started guides at release.
What happens if a sync fails?
Retry behaviour, logging and recovery steps will be documented in the troubleshooting guide at release.
How will I get support and updates?
Support routes and update delivery will be confirmed at release and published on the support page. Updates for marketplace products normally arrive through the marketplace.
