Who we are
Quill Media Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07363552), with our registered office at c/o High Royd Business Services Limited, BBIC, Innovation Way, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S75 1JL. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact and support forms: your name, email address, optional company name, the topic you select and your message. Please do not include passwords, API keys or customer data in a message.
How it is used and who processes it
We use your details only to reply to your message. Forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the submission in your browser and on our server. Submitted messages are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service. Both act as processors for that purpose. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not currently run analytics. See the cookies page for detail. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs for security and fault-finding.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for ordinary business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
